Items typically ship between 5-7 days. Delays may occur during holidays or peak times. We will happily replace or exchange any items within 30 days of purchase, but we do not issue refunds. No refunds or exchanges on custom work.
Broken items will be replaced free of charge. After 30 days, replacement or exchange is solely at our discretion. Postage costs are not covered for exchanges and will be billed to you at the time of exchange. We do not exchange sale or seasonal items.
We ship via USPS first class mail unless you request priority mail at checkout. We will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped, orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after date of shipment.
Please ensure you have listed the correct postal address before you checkout and pay. Once orders are submitted we cannot guarantee that any changes to postal address will be processed before your order ships. Please check every detail of your address before you complete your order. Once your order has been posted with the address you have listed, we accept no responsibility for packages being sent to the wrong address.
