We had to make an homage to Basic Instinct and our #1 favorite femme fatale Catherine Tramell aka Sharon Stone. This movie and this character exemplify the perfect 90’s erotic thriller. It’s campy, it’s wild, and I would like to argue that it belongs in the feminist canon. In a career making performance, Sharon Stone controls every frame and every line, and her sexual fluidity may have been single-handedly responsible for my own awakening as a baby queer.
