Born and raised in the Midwest, Cody made the move to Los Angeles in 2010 after suffering through one too many Chicago winters.

In 2017, while taking a break from her career as a law firm marketing manager, she started drawing the colorful, quirky, and irreverent female-focused designs that lead her to create Cody Suzanne Clifford Designs. A self-taught artist, she finds inspiration in anything that instigates, celebrates, and elevates the fight for gender equality. When she’s not drawing, Cody is cuddling up with her partner of 17 years, George, and Vivian, their 21 year old cat.
