What is your process?
Our antique necklaces and rings are made using an image transfer process to shell. Our metal jewelry uses a different process to transfer images to metal.
Do you customize?
Yes! We are happy to make anything your heart desires. Most of our custom work does not require an extra charge. But please be advised, if we need to do extra work, there will be a nominal charge.
Are you available in stores?
Yes! Please navigate to our stockists page to find a location near year. Remember, all stores do not carry all products.
Do you exchange?
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. We can exchange an item up to 30 days after purchase only. If the product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage.
Changing your order…
Due to the high volume of orders that come in, we are not able to take any emails or requests to combine orders, change orders, or edit them. Any requests to do this will be declined. Please be sure to input your correct postal address at checkout as we do not accept any responsibility if the incorrect address has been submitted and we have not had time to change it before it ships.
How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to get orders out within 5-10 business days. Our maximum turn around time to get orders out is 14 business days however we only need to maximize this turn around time during our busy times of year (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and the holiday season) when we receive a higher volume of orders.
Please only email us to checkup on your order status ONLY if you have not received your order within the 14 day maximum. This allows us to concentrate on getting orders out as fast as possible.
